Finessing and an endplay didn't work, how about setting up a long Spade.

1)		West leads the JD to Declarer's Queen.
2)		The KH draws a round of trump.
3)		Declarer cashes the AS to start setting them up.

You need to use your trumps as transportation to ruff out the Spades.

4)		You lead a Spade and East overtakes West's Queen.
5)		East fineeses you with a Club but you win the Ace.
6)		Lead a low Heart to dummy's 8!

8)		Lead a trump to the Ace to draw their last one.
9)		Ruff yet anouther of the board's Spades.

10)		Lead a Diamond to the Ace.
11)		Throw that pesky QC on the now good 7S.

The QD and QH are your last 2 tricks. Applause, Applause. This is a tricky hand that takes a lot of planning. Remember that finessing should be your last option. Try to give up a trick while you have control of all the other suits.
